Dr. Marc Caldwell graduated from Colorado State University in 2007 after pursuing a lifelong dream to be a veterinarian. After graduating, he moved to Boise where he fell in love with its’ people, culture, and outdoor recreation.
Surgery was always something that he excelled at and through extensive post-doctoral training and education, he became proficient in advanced surgical procedures. He has been performing orthopedic surgeries since 2009 and has done more than 1500 orthopedic surgeries including corrective osteotomies (for ACL disease), fracture repair, and other procedures to help companion animals and their owners maintain comfort and health.
He enjoys a deep bond with animals and finds nothing more gratifying than helping them and their families. When not working with animals, Marc enjoys camping, cooking, reading, playing music, and spending time with his two beautiful children.
